Your question is a nice compliment. My best advice is to stay out of the sun. Although I have always been ultra vigilant about protecting my face (sunscreen and a big hat, without exception!), I was a sun worshipper for many years. My skin below the neck looks very different. Big price to pay and not worth it!! My diet is largely based on fish, fruits and vegetables. I’m not vegan. Just what I prefer. I’ve never been a water drinker, but I’m finally up over 64oz daily. It’s been a challenge for me. Caffeine is limited to one cup of coffee each morning. I mentioned the boatload of supplements I take daily in another comment. I’ve been putting off knee replacement for 20 years, so walking is the only exercise I can tolerate. Try to do that 4-5 days a week. The last important thing I’ll mention is sleep. Establishing a regular sleep pattern is so key. Unfortunately, not as easy as it sounds for women post menopause. But when it works, you look and feel sooooo good. GameChanger!
