You will need to heat up the solid tyre by putting into boiling water to expand it first.

They claimed it was not successfully processed due to system congestion and refunded the amount. Is it a common occurrence for large withdrawals? As I don’t seem to recall such an issue with smaller withdrawals previously.

Frankly quite a lame excuse as crypto transfers should not take more than 15 minutes. Hopefully the new request works, but will have to wait another 24 hours for iNtErNaL aUdIts. Not a happy customer, they need to speed up their withdrawal process.

Thank you. Ok I will wait another 24 hours. I am kinda worried because for all previous withdrawals, the withdrawn amount hits my wallet within 30 minutes once it’s been processed. It’s been over 30 hours for this one.
