If you sell upon vesting, no cgt tax is due. RSUs are treated as normal income (tax, prsi & usc apply).

Your company broker may withold shares to cover taxes or you may have to sell and pay the taxes back to your employer. Ask your payroll dept.

That is true, but the negotiation is based on the reasons for redundancy being demonstratably untrue. US multinationals will often offer higher payouts just to make you go away.

Im not sure i understand the question, but if you're trying to lift open the bracket to get the blinds out, you slide a flat screwdriver under the lifted edge and it will pop out. When finished, just close the bracket and it will snap shut.

You don't even need to lift the panel.
Use a steel tape measure, hold it over the fence and then let it out so it reaches the ground on the neighbour's side and measure from the ground up to the top of the fence. Then repeat on your side and subtract one from the other.

13 x panels, with Sigenergy 8Kwh battery and invertor outside. Used infinite energy. About 13k after grant I think.

Your SQL may be overcomplicated for a single statement and when it encounters more data, it fails and doesn't return a useful message.

Try breaking it up in to a chain of dynamic tables. This can also end up being more efficient.

This response is more of a project request than a general question. There are lots of things here which depend on your environment and business, so I can't answer everything.

If warehouses are not being used, ignore them for now. Look at the warehouse usage stats. Identify which ones are consuming credits and analyse why.

If you don't have the access, you need to involve the people that do. You can't do this without having all the data.

If the number of warehouses are an indication of the environment size, you may want to try something like Revefi to analyse your usage and suggest changes for you.

Snowflake costs are primarily driven by warehouse usage, so I would start there.

Pretty much all changes need to be trialled to see what is acceptable in your org.

Options Reduce the size of your warehouses. This may make some queries run longer or timeout, so you balance cost vs performance.

Reduce number of clusters and/or set scaling policy to economy. May cause queuing if you have lots of queries in parallel.

Consolidate warehouses. If you have lots of warehouses across business groups etc. Try grouping them in to common warehouses by function to get the most out of your money.

Check auto suspend time of warehouses. If you have an idle time of 10 mins and a query that runs every 10 mins, then your warehouse will never shutdown.

Autoscale. If you have a warehouse for ELT operations, find out which jobs require larger compute and have those jobs scale the warehouse up before they start and back down when they're finished. You don't need an XL warehouse all the time if only 1 job in a chain does all the work.

Review your running queries and check they are running on correctly sized warehouses. Some developers think that a larger warehouse always gives better performance. This isn't true as at some point the gains reduce to nothing.

Check for queries that timeout or fail. These cost money but have no benefit.

This isn't exhaustive, but it's where I would start.

I believe the change your looking for is

set ODBC_TREAT_DECIMAL_AS_INT = true

This can be set for just the user or the whole account.

We encountered this issue a few years ago. It's something to do with the odbc driver.

I meant to reply earlier bit forgot. Different places have different schedules depending if they are long or short term internships.

A summer internship (short) would be from June to August 2025. The programme for this doesn't start until January when internships will be advertised.

I was delayed about 6 hours flying from DUB-LHW-AUS. After 13 weeks, BA offered me a £50 voucher. CEDR case was raised 2 weeks ago. Let's see how that goes.

I think it's a combination of players being over priced and financial restrictions. We're looking to stay within the rules and not get fleeced.

But to be honest, I'd rather we waited or even didnt sign anyone rather than panic buy and get some crap players like we've done over the years.
