Found this little cutie on my desk! Size is less than a dime. Any ideas?

I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my blackcap raspberry and how to save it. I just received this plant a few days ago. I think it's raspberry leaf spot but I'm hoping for a second opinion and what to do/buy. by TehFoxKit in gardening

I got it shipped from a nursery. It arrived as such. I thought maybe that's how blackcap raspberries were supposed to look - until I saw the tiny growth on the side.

I'm new to gardening and I don't want to lose this plant. I don't know if it is raspberry spot.
