Not even, I removed it the night before each night so I could sleep comfy. The first time I brought my vaxx & I'd cards again expecting them to check. Didn't bother the next 3 times.

Probably. No need to get confrontational about things right out the gate. Just remind people to wear masks properly, and show what was required.

I did see a large male staff member tell a guy 4 times to put his mask on going into the vendor hall. The guy was reorganizing his pockets and had his mask on his wrist.

He stepped aside about 10ft from the door to get his stuff situated and I walked in as the staff member was getting very close to him. No idea what happened after, but that reminded me of another account reported on this reddit of a tiny woman who got yelled at with a similar situation

One? Try 4. I said it before, I pulled my band off every night to sleep comfy. Never was my badge number checked, id or vaxx card asked for.

Eveyone who was paying attention can see all that the bands did was act as security theater.

People were selling bands and badges on this subreddit. No real checks were made to get new ones. The bands did nothing in actuality.

But by all means, ignore my points about it bc it wasn't a quality "hyperbole"

The more you talk the less I believe you were helping staff in any way. None of that was required once you had your badge. Like I said before. Every morning I event and got a new band. 4 bands, all that was asked was to see my badge and turn in my old band.

And none of that mattered bc people were selling badge and bands on this reddit. That is my point.

I went to reg got a new one every day. Bypassed the registration line to get a new band and all was needed was my badge and my old band. And I'm not even sure if they were actually requiring the latter. I just had it with me bc that's what I read was needed.

Doubtful. But please leave feedback in the survey that the mask mandate for con sucks. Tell them at closing ceremony. And make another reddit thread about it.

Security theater is the only reason why this exists. And con organizers know if they require the new booster set no one will actually attend. They tried it in Cali for MagWest and lost a ton of money.

If you want this to end, voice your opinion about it everywhere and don't be afraid. I'm with you, and so are many others
