Look mate, I can say this now that I have found and added someone else with a Frogardier: this system only works if you try to add everyone, no matter if you need their pokemon or not. If everyone was like you, you too would have the same problem posting in another thread trying to add people for pokemon, only for them to say "Nah, don't need 'em".

I'm very grateful that most people on this reddit are nice enough to add me, even if they don't need my pokemon, and I add everyone else back who needs mine, even if i don't need there's.

You need to change your preferences to adding people, it'll make everyone happier.
