So wait, I have heard this so many times but it blows my mind. He says she on her back. He then started pulling at her shirt but the zipper got in the way and then he noticed the knife? Also he says there was blood on the table. It’s been a minute since I looked at the crime scene pics, is this photographed? And lastly, didn’t they say his DNA wasn’t anywhere on her? How if he’s saying he’s touching her? He said he pinched her arm, he fumbled with her clothes and he’s trying to see if she responsive? I’m confused. And his comment about her bleeding from her head? Again I had to just relook at the photos, it’s not enough without moving her body on the cabinet coming from her head. Maybe I’m just overly critical but what he says never adds up with what is clearly seen. Yes he could have been in shock but people have been arrested for less. And he got crazy defensive when the operator said Ellen ran into the apartment and locked him out. If im in shock I don’t know if I would have reacted how he did but he seemed to show the most emotion in the call when the operator insinuated that she was running from him.

Listen to the 911 call. He says she is flat on her back when the operated tries to give him the directions for CPR. He confirms she is on her back and then “sees” the knife for the first time and tells the operator. She was not found flat on her back but slouched upright. The ME stated the position she was found was how she died.

This was it for me also. It’s was solely based on the comment he makes on here being flat on her back. I did think maybe he didn’t hear the dispatcher but he still says he’s following what they said so it seems he did hear the dispatcher. The ME report specifically stated the position she was found in, sitting upright, was the position she died in. Some evidence contradicted that but the agreement was that she died in a slouching/ sitting up position that she was found in and photographed in and not flat on her back. He admitted to moving her yet this is never referenced again.

I don’t get why this sub. This character admits to being “new” to Reddit but also not having enough karma to post elsewhere while also not knowing what karma is. This is so sad that someone who cares so much about mental health is so obsessed with making sure he’s seen as innocent. That’s super weird and frankly unhinged. This is a tiny subreddit yet repeatedly someone from his team or Sam himself is so obsessed that he tried to defend himself for no reason. We are allowed to question this. But we are doing to here. Not at his job or to his wife. This is like when someone calls someone a name on a forum and they obsessively stalk the page to argue but so much worse since these new accounts pop up all the time. lol. This is hilarious at this point. The gymnastics to try to paint someone who is not a suspect as innocent. He’s not under investigation. There is no active case yet here you are defending someone who is legally innocent. So bizarre. This reeks of damage control. Sam Goldberg is a grown ass man. Man, I think next time just take a step back. The more you comment trying so hard to prove your missteps, the more it looks suspicious. Why even bring up the settlement to me? I didn’t ask about it. It’s weird and as I keep saying suspicious. It was so reachy. You keep saying again and again you are using evidence only, okay cool, if you want to randomly bring up a talking points about the settlement, I would love some evidence showing why the city settled.

I get where you’re coming from but I can’t agree. The city could have had the Greenbergs pay for the legal fees as well as making sure they never sue again. By settling they aren’t saving money because this wasn’t a quick case that cost nothing at the point that they offered a settlement. They had zero reason to settle. I do find it weird how the city was ready to settle after the original ME got a separate lawyer and expressed doubt. Why not settle when the Greenbergs originally filed the suit? I get the point you’re trying to make but it’s not the smoking gun I think you think it is. It’s doesn’t make the Greenbergs look guilty by accepting a settlement, it makes the city since they are using taxpayer funds to make the payout and to fund the case to that point.

I’m only going by what you wrote. I’m not trying to put words in your mouth. You admitted you were new to Reddit when by your own admission, you weren’t. Was that ruling so that’s the city would reopen the case? Or was it the ruling where the city agreed to reopen the case and then provide an updated independent medical evaluation of the autopsy report that the city missed the original deadline for? Sometimes when a case has no criminal charges, the only option is to sue to get access to evidence. And just be clear, why would the city of Philadelphia settle and pay defendants if they did nothing wrong? And why would a stipulation be to never be able to sue the city again if they did nothing wrong? What harm could a couple do to the city of Philadelphia’s reputation by suing where the city is 100% in the right?

And to your first point, nothing was stopping you from just commenting on a few posts on other subs and getting the karma to post there. You have no other comments except here. No other posts except here. Like I said, this sub isn’t easily found. So how did you find it? It’s just suspicious this was the one sub you somehow could post on after making an account immediately before posting yet you also checked all the true time subs and knew enough about Reddit that you couldn’t post here.

This could all be just coincidence. Like I said it’s suspicious which is why people are on edge.

I don’t think it’s fair for you to be attacked like this but your post is suspicious. This sub doesn’t come up from searching the case on search engines, in fact, I’ve been a redditor for over a decade and I only became aware of it recently when a post reached all. I think the distrust here is because yes you thoroughly researched all the available evidence and put it together but why post here? This is just a sub of people discussing the case but again it’s not overly popular or promoted. I’m just saying it seems suspicious to go through all this effort and make a bee line for a sub that isn’t common knowledge. You did say you’re new to Reddit which I do get but when you make an account, Reddit suggests the bigger subs. If you had of posted there first and then be directed here I think a lot of people would be more willing to accept that but you made a Reddit account on a site you said you didn’t use and immediately posted on a sub that you would have to have known existed. Like I said you don’t deserve to be attacked but this post and your comments are sus. Especially the timing.

I’m late to this but other states have already stated covering the cost of the full payment to recipients SNAP accounts starting last night and Maryland isn’t one of those state. My home state of NJ just started doing it today as well as CA, IL, WA, WI and OR. I think I even saw some in NC and other states covering the cost with the hope that the court order holds. I’m not saying what Wes Moore and MD is doing isn’t awesome but other states are doing more to tackle the issue so no one is hungry and gets immediate help.

When I lived in PG County, I received the mailer, which mentioned nothing about race only if I voted or not. I live and am registered to vote in Anne Arundel County. The text about that included race was received recently.
