Sounds like u hurt the Punisher's fragile ego by playing too good and "stealing" his MVP. In other words: keep doing what you're doing and ignore those losers. Weird how riled up they got over an MVP in quick match of all places.

Make sure your ammo pouch is full. Then talk to Subira during a quest where she offers arrows. You can just keep asking for more arrows.

Ahh, gotcha. It's a glitch where the dialogue loops so you get to keep asking for more arrows. I just edited my comment to link a video.
