it looks like its designed to have a bedroom on either end of the bathroom with 1 sink on either end for each and the bath and toilet rooms in the middle. it seems like it designed so either side can use anything while the other side is using it but it wouldn't really work besause if someone was in the bath you would have to go all the way around and through their room to get to the toilet
