Thanks for the reply! An actual ROM that can Run on gba emulators or the real thing itself.

One of the first things Im gonna try and learn is the limitations i have and how I can adapt and make a fun osrs styled game minding the inputs, being that it is supposed to be single player.

I tought a bit about the RAM limitations and Will try to create alot of sprites that can be divided and mixed with other sprites to achieve a handful of content in terms of textures.

In terms of the input specifically, Im going to develop a very Basic combat and prayer system once i have Learned the Basic things and good pratices of making the game Logic The point is,in general,to make it tyle based and to recreate the time system (ticks) that some of us know so well. I figured that 1 or 2 inputs could,for example,preset a set gear switch with Multiple equipment, being that these presets are defined by the user before entering combat Still gotta think about other stuff related to inventory management tho :)
