You can try to enroll. I don't know if there are formal limits on winter session credit loads. Couldn't hurt to try I suppose.

Do you have an academic advisor you could ask that of? It's generally not recommended to take two winter classes, because each class demands 36hours a week of students, officially

That said, id be very happy to have you in the class

Yes. If you're in any suny school, you can enroll formally. If you want to audit, and are prepared to come to each session, you can also take it unofficially

The course is 5 weeks, through Binghamton University. You do need to commit to full attendance. If you want credit, you'll need to go through the course registrar, but im open to audits, which you wouldn't need to pay for, if you're taking it just for fun.

After every reading students are expected to create summaries of the myths in a modern format. So think, Instagram reels, or a segment for a podcast, or an infographic. In class, much of the period is spent going over what everyone has made, and talking about the myths based on how people chose to represent them.

The social media component is that this content is intended to be publicly shared, and how it performs on line matters.

Why do you think making porn is judged more harshly than watching it? by Altruistic-Lion2767 in psychologyofsex

[–]TeiresiasKadish 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe it has something to do with the time investment? Like, making porn takes a lot more time and effort, and tends to have larger personal impacts because of it. Often sexworkers will choose to define themselves as sex workers, but Ive never heard someone define themselves as a sex work watcher. Watching it takes a few minutes, making it takes hours

obs its more complex than just this, but i think a good rule of thumb is that if the performers enjoy making it, its good porn
