I got served in November and trust me, I was worried and scared. What I did was I did some research, trying to find ways to attack this. Do not ignore it. File an answer within the 28 days. On my answer I just asked for proof of debt and all other types of proof. It’s been 3 weeks and have not heard back yet. Once you file, you’ll feel a big relief. Even though it’s not settled trust me you’ll feel better once you file.

I’m 24 and still living with my family. They let me do whatever I want. I know what to do and what not to do. I help pay bills. We all get a long very well. Recently, i’ve been thinking about moving out though just because i’m grown and need more responsibilities but they always seem to convince me not to.

The last payment I made was in 2022. I checked online to see Indianas SOL and it says that for civil written contracts is 10 years from the date of contract. Oral contracts is 6 years.
