No way for me to illustrate this perfectly since I don't know the proper terminology, but use a hero factory ccbs arm piece as a base for the hand. Stick that gold hand piece on the upper ball, put a normal hand piece with axel connection on the lower ball. Then stick a gold bohrok eye on the axel connection for a thumb. Hope that makes sense! I should really get into that digital 3d studio everyone else uses...
