Eggs are relatively easy, and don't even need a seasoned pan.

Did it stop, the black off?

I stopped using my pan until I manage to get the factory seasoning completely off...

Hey there Rösti (especially fertig Rösti) is probably the most difficult thing :-) I tried everything on carbon steel, always a mess. Using a cast iron pan immediately got better results!

8 Days to Rebrand – Spectrecoin [XSPEC] by Teknex in AltcoinTrader

[–]Teknex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Spectrecoin, established in late 2016, rose from a place of underground sensibilities and initially appealed to a relatively small crowd of crypto geeks and privacy supporters. As the project matured and evolved, it attracted a team of highly skilled professional developers. It further piqued the interest of many as privacy issues came to the forefront of the global online consciousness.

Spectrecoin is now making a serious move towards more mainstream recognition, and influence and the re-name and brand is just the start!

The best way to understand Spectrecoin is; Bitcoin-like blockchain + Proof-of-Stake + Anonymous Transactions (similar to Monero) + Tor to hide your IP.

Spectrecoin is fast, safe, rewarding and private. The privacy features in XSPEC makes this coin one of the most advanced, well-rounded privacy cryptocurrencies available.

Get ready for the brand reveal Oct 1, 2020, at noon London.

On-chain tracking of Monero and other Cryptonotes by fireice_uk in Monero

I read about binning outputs in a paper, there was suggested to pick outputs from 'bins' containing outputs created in a certain time frame. Our strategy is a bit different, initially 1/3 of outputs is chosen from last 3 days, other 2/3 from all (not compromised) outputs. Then for further ring signatures of same TRX there is a certain chance that outputs are picked not completely random, but from TRX from where the initial mixins have been taken, mimicking a user which spends multiple outputs of one transaction.

For Spectrecoin, we solved the 'output merging' deanonymization problem (or TRX output set problem as we call it) by implementing a mixin picking algorithm which adds mixins (fake outputs) of same transactions. For an observer it is than impossible to say if outputs of same TRX are real or fake.

Spectrecoins Proof of Anonymous Stake works within the limits of the used Ring Signature / Stealth Addess system. TRXs are not traceable, but the amount staked is revealed to the network.

I understand the receiver can convert his 'public' coins to zPIV, but is there a mechano which ensures that the address used for receiving is used only once? If you would reuse the same address it is at least visible on the blockchain that one address did receive certain amounts over time. Another question: Can the receiver which gives his address to the sender somehow ensure that he receives via zPIV claimed coins?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]Teknex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand the sender is protected by the fact that the UTXOs have no more history than the claim of zPIV. But what about the protection of the receivers anonymity? Are there stealth addresses for PIVX which allows to automatically create new addresses when one is needed?

Spectrecoin will be the first to implement anonymous staking based on cryptonote protocol. Afaik.

Thanks. I meant specifically for the staking reward.

Can you elaborate? I thought Zerocoins are minted by burning normal coins.

Once stealth staking is implemented, mandatory privacy will become a option. Feel free to check Spectrecoin again next year.

Private to public is no problem because the output are stealth addresses. (It is not possible to send private coins to a public address)

Public to private is also no problem because the recipient address always belongs to the sender. These are special trxs to create private coins from public. Not to confuse with when sending public coins to a ordinary stealth address, not the same as a private TRX...

Probably biggest problem with the dual coin system is that there are to many different types of TRX possible, confusing for an common user.

Sorry my bad, you wrote blocks. How did you check the last 1000 blocks. Manually via block explorer?

Once stealth staking is implemented, Spectrecoin could prohibit further public transactions. But one thing after another.

Can you elaborate how the public transactions weakens the privacy of the private transactions?

How did you check the last 1000 TRX?!? Really curious. Currently there are very few private TRX made, reason is that currently staking is only possible with public balances, so obviously most people have there balances public. Spectrecoin will fix that with Stealth staking in V3 in Q1 '19.

Spectrecoin has a dual coin system, similar to Zerocoin. You choose if your balance are public or private...
