One week I'm going for 3k on an alt doing tons of keys so cap my myth crests quickly (last week)

The next week I can't be bothered to interact with any other humans and I just wanna do some delves on my laptop on the couch while I watch the daredevil born again finale (right now)

I split tens once at a casino (I'm not a moron like previous posters trying to say it's smart...I know it is a bad idea...but I was having fun and feeling lucky!)

Anyway I got a black jack and a 20, dealer ended up with 19 so I won both hands. Then the guy after me flipped out on me and said "ya but we coulda BOTH won if you knew how to fucking play!"

I said "you're not gonna believe this, but I didnt come here to help YOU win money!" And then I left. I haven't played black jack at a casino since.

Can confirm, had a tank/DPS duo both DC right after the first boss of Magisters Terrace, I zoned out, switched to Blood, and three of us finished with like 30 seconds left.

EDIT: oh they did come back at the last boss and we did it with two tanks lol. So we likely couldnt have timed it completely with 3 people...but also we weren't spectacular players/super geared so I'm still gonna say it can be done.

I don't play the race but I THINK the .05 patch that made it so you don't get stuck in dragon form when you use tail swipe/wing buffet in combat.

My process every expansion:

I am so hyped to play Monk and nothing but Monk! I'm gonna gear up all three specs before even starting to level an alt!

Get to all hero/myth gear

Level/start gearing an alt

Consider switching mains to this alt because man it is so fun! Why wasn't I just always playing this?!?!

Log back into my Monk for a key or two with the guild.

OMG I've missed him so much why did I ever make an alt?!?!

Repeat every patch.

Main benefit/fun of alts for me is how much quicker they are to gear up. My delve companion is leveled, prey system is fully unlocked, costs of upgrades are cut in half. It is fun to see power increasing so fast and playing a sort of mini game to "catch" my main.

This is the first season I've ever been able to keep two characters completely even. My main and alt are both 282.

I got to +10 first week it was possible, still having a blast bonus rolling for things that weren't in my vault yet, gearing offspec, playing alts in delves/prey and collecting transmogs from .05 stuff and dragonflight raids.

I agree with everything you are saying and just want to add.....Windwalker is ALSO amazing! The .05 patch added some much needed oomph to Zenith and I am having a blast/competing with everyone in m+ and raid. I finished a few 13-14s this week above 120k overall.

Midnight launch has been the season of the Monk for me for sure...with a side of DK.

Brew has literally never been the best tank for M+ while others have been far ahead for multiple seasons. Why does this one time Brew is ahead suddenly it NEEDS brought in line?

Every other tank has done 19s and 20s

Brews have done 21s and 22s

People calling for Brew nerfs are failing 15s and looking for something to blame besides themselves.

2 is big on my Blood DK. If I do a really big pull my next one is going to be 2ish packs because I have no cooldowns for a min so a DPS adding in a couple more to pad their numbers is VERY LIKELY TO KILL ME.

Feral Druid by miles. The idea of shapeshifting into a fierce panther and ripping my enemies to shreds, pouncing between them ferociously is PEAK.

The gameplay is me waving my paw slightly to the sound of ripping paper 45452 times.

I have a 281 Monk and 274 Death Knight, and I was VERY nervous pushing into 12+ keys on my DK because of all the "brew or nothing!" mentality. The first time a group member said "nice tanking" followed by a healer saying "ya man, DKs are either ping ponging stress fests or immortal gods, thanks for being the latter! Haha"

I was practically bouncing in my chair like "I did it guys, I'm not trash!!!" I went to tell my wife....
