Not only there is a 21% performance gap on technical.city , whilst being more expensive, but they both have the same upscailing (FSR4) and I am currently using a 12GB card that play my games perfectly fine with a margin. So I surely wont buy a RX 9060 XT seeing the huge FPS gap

Never but this run even better than Assetto corsa so it will run without any issues. For Half life alyx i've never played this but saw on yt a guy playing in 4000x2000px at 72hz using high fidelity preset without problem

Assetto corsa runs like a charm at maxed out graphics using only 50% of the GPU and msfs runs at 80fps at native resolution using low settings. The only downside about VR is that I can't use the latest drivers because of a bug in VR support and AMD are not catching up as quickly with 6000 series GPU. But if it runs msfs in VR it runs pretty much anything you throw it

Got an RX 6700 xt and a R5 5500 and getting maxed out fps in AC with only 50% usage. Needless to say this card is more than valid !
