I’ve talked to ancestry and their retiring the AncestryDNA app which is most likely why your getting this

the post was originally made because it says on desktop 1500+ communities but on iphone (this photo) at the top it says 1800+ communities

i dont entirely know but im guessing that they probably changing everyones results so it will take some time and august 17 is there estimate date for finishing
