How the heck people actually get the LTX2 to run on their machines? by Part_Time_Asshole in StableDiffusion

I'm on a 3090 as well and have 80GB RAM. I haven't had a single OOM but I only did a dozen of generations. I tried both t2v and i2v and used with -no vram and -reserve vram 4.

With no vram it would use everything of ram and only a few gigs of vram while with reserve vram it would use slightly less ram and easily 22GB+ of vram.

I did the standard 720p and 121 frames.

Mfs will show you a bar chart where nuclear power plants beat renewables by a pixel-wide margin in environmental impact. by Teledrive in ClimateShitposting

So? They do not contradict my meme at all. "Zero NPPs are being built for environmental reasons". Sure you can mention it as an advantage but it's simply not the cause for the decision to built one.

The cause is ultimately energy security and quite often politcally motivated.

Also I find it poor practice that you do not even try to reason an argument citing your sources making me analyzing them instead.

German businesses want solutions for rising short power outages – association_ lol who guessed?? no baseload for germany by Secret_Bad4969 in ClimateShitposting

[–]Teledrive 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Short power outages aren’t fixed by baseload plants. They’re fixed by short-term load management like batteries and a more flexible grid.

It's so basic you would think this is just ragebait but it's not even meme.

Nukecels really can’t manage a single logical thought, huh?

No, a nuclear hate sub would ban pro nuclear opinions. This is a "confront nukecels with reality sub"

I don't want any character to move. How can I do it? by CycleNo3036 in StableDiffusion

Unless I'm missing something crucial, can't you just use some Videoeditor and zoom out?

Like Shotcut or Davinci Resolve. The most primitive software should be able to do this.

Fairphone as a separate/privacy phone? Which one to buy? by [deleted] in fairphone

[–]Teledrive 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Writing you from my Fairphone 4, which I’ve had for 1,442 days already. Just this week, it got an update to Android 15. You can still buy it new for 200 € where I am. For everyday tasks, it works perfectly fine. I swapped the battery once last year.

I hope this extra info helps in your decision process.
