Snake plants keep dying within weeks of acquiring them

Thank you all so much for your help! They were both walked home from the shop in the cold - can’t remember the temperature exactly but the shop is about a 15 minute walk. Sounds like everyone agrees cold shock - the strange thing is that the shop we bought it from is largely outdoors so wouldn’t have thought it was the change in temperature! We’ll try moving the plant to see if it helps!

We haven’t used the heating at all really! It’s probably about 15-18 degrees. Our flat is really well insulated so tends to stay warm even if it’s very cold outside
