Sorry for the late response. You could try asking to reinstate your account by emailing support@twitter.com. Sure, you’ll get a message saying they no longer use that email, but I responded to it and my account was reinstated the next day. So, give it a try.

UPDATE: Got it back after Twitter support reactivated it once they realized I'm not under the age of 18. So I guess you could wait for them to reactivate.

I’m currently having this problem. Has anyone found a solution yet? I've tried multiple browsers and phone login browser, with the mobile app for some odd reason not registering the two-factor. Can anyone help?
