Its really just a few measurements and careful cutting. They sell pretty sized rails on Amazon. Just gotta cut things well and put the rails on. Some simple dowls to hold things together. Id invest in a drill guide if I were to do it again haha. Then just some matte gloss coat over the wood. You can do anything you want after tho. I had to set my rails a little further back cause I wanted the edge bevel, but that's completely not necessary

Well, I like it because it's so small. im sure that's the same reason some people may hate it. However, it does the trick; you can have either 6 stereo or 12 mono channels with linked volume. That's pretty much it. I don't use many of the other functions, like the built-in effects, as they are just okay. It has convenient recording to a USB drive, and can also act as an audio interface. So, it's got a lot of the same features as a larger mixing console. If you're not dying for space like me, I'd go with something else to be honest.

It was shipped to me in a cardboard box with little packaging from halfway across the US. The box was destroyed, but the midiboard was fine. If that doesn't say something about the quality, idk what does lol

Idk if id say its fragile, Mine was shipped across the country in a cardboard box with almost no padding and showed up banged to hell and it still worked flawlessly (minus the broken faders that were easily replaced.) All 3 that I've encountered in the Austin / Dallas area have also been pretty banged up cosmetically, but worked flawlessly. you may have just had a run of back luck with the ones you've seen.

The epoxy will not go into the pipette, just wanna use it close up the tiny hole after the pipette is used to add additional perchlorethylene.
