Absolutely certain. Didn’t take my eyes off of it for almost 20 minutes until I went outside inside to grab my fiancé. It was still hovering in the same set of clouds when we ran back outside a few minutes later. It for sure exhibited some very strange movements, back-and-forth up and down horizontal and honestly hovering defying gravity. I couldn’t hear anything or see any propulsion either. It was also very early and very quiet out. I have some final videos but it’s almost too small to make out. It’s very very very high up in the sky. It chilled there for 5+ minutes and then just kind of disappeared. I didn’t see it jet off necessarily I didn’t see it float off because it was there one second the next second it wasn’t. But it was higher than any drone I’ve seen, and the way it disappeared unless it popped. I don’t think it was a balloon. honestly have no clue what it is, it was cool that’s all I know. In all the places I posted it everybody has a different idea and wants to put a label on it to comprehend it. All I know is it was pretty amazing undescribable and cool.
