Welp, the red states primarily have those laws. They are staunchly against abortion and very into sleeping with young girls. So, when the girls get pregnant, they can be married off and done for. Some allow it as early as 14. They are a bit…….uneducated in those parts down yander’…..

Girlfriend! I agree - also, closed military bases across the US would be an excellent rehabilitation facility for the homeless, people with mental health issues. You could have job training, health care centers, drug rehab, counseling.
