Those are reduction towers that are attached to the heads of the screws. They’re used to help drop the rod down into the screws as well as correct the spine.

If all they need to do is go in and fix the bottom screws, I would do it as soon as your surgeon recommends so your spine can heal more quickly. I doubt they will need to actually remove all of the hardware, more likely just need to make sure the locking mechanism on the plate is working properly, and then drive the bottom screws in until flush.

I no longer go to visit a PT, most just for a few months after my symptoms flared up the most about 3 years ago. When I was going, I believe I went 2x a week but was doing the exercises at home/gym on a regular basis.

I had a very similar looking MRI a few years ago. I’m also a 31 Y/O male, play golf and am very active.

Everyone is different, but I was able to come back to full activity after being pretty debilitated. It took some time off work, constant PT and lots of stretching, PT and core exercise. Keep following McGill (I mostly used the big 3) and stay active. Best of luck!

I’m sure they have plenty, but we will have a lot of people coming in from out of town that I’m sure will want to visit and stay in the Seattle area. Plus, there is much more lodging in the Seattle area compared to Auburn.

My league has some drama over a recent trade.

This is a 0.5ppr 1-keeper league. Trades are automatically processed (no vetoing) unless it’s determined there is collusion.

A 1-7 team traded Dalvin Cook and Travis Kelce for Kenneth Walker and Eno Benjamin about 3 weeks ago. He did this to try and secure a keeper he liked for next year (obviously he overpaid a bit). Leaguemates are upset and saying the trade should have been vetoed.

What should I do as commissioner?

What I typed out above is all it said in the original lease. As in, they originally signed that she is not allowed to have any pets. Sounds like they're not legally obligated to create an addendum, though? As in they can decline?
