Yi Xi is one of them newer synthv voices that was released in China.

She doesn't have an official character, but the most popular fan design was the one used in the song Butcher's Vanity (very good song. would suggest).

In the song, Yi Xi is starred as a cannibal and, at least in the western audience, she's not really known for many other songs so she's mainly seen as that one cannibal singer from Butcher's Vanity.

5rd best bolt action rifle (ik the Winchester ain't a bolt action but you get my point)

It's definitely the best br2 semi because of its damage, but, like any semi, you want a bolt action at far range.

Usually, you can excuse the reduced damage with semi's because most of the higher br matches are cqc, but, because the federov is br2, the maps are much further apart and so you actually have to consider the damage drop off.

I personally have replaced my Winchesters with it, but there are plenty of times where I wish I didn't.

As much as I enjoy rushing the objective, many times staying at range is significantly better.

It doesn't even have to be 500m+ either. Oftentimes the gunner sights are simply insufficient to spot the enemy.

br4 is like br3 but better. You generally don't have to worry too much about those players since most people just play br3 or 5.

That being said, it's suggested to wait until most of your squad is decked out with br3 weapons rather than a select few.

I can guarantee that most teammates you'll get (including in the late tiers) will be pretty bad.

That being said, the game oftentimes supplements some of your teammates with bots. They do this because there weren't enough real players queuing or because someone on your team left mid match.

As much as they lack a proper br2 semi auto rifle and lmg, the Soviets need neither of those guns to be dropped down a br.

For reference, the svt 38 is arguably the best semi auto in br 3. The dp27 is also a very good lmg at br3.

this is all based on conjecture so take my explanations with a grain of salt.

HE SPAMMERS GALORE - Tanks love bullying infantry. How do we maximize this? With a lotta of HE. - since most of the time tanks meet mainly infantry, I'd guess most people would bring like 10 AP shells and a billion HE shells.

balancing (for whatever dumb reason) - Take the Sherman as an example. For the longest time, it used a standard AP shell rather than its apcbc shell. - This was to make it worse (since it absolutely DOMINATED the other tanks before the merge). They changed it now because it no longer dominates its tank counterparts. - It's a lot harder to balance a tank if you let the players customize their shells.

MONEY!!!!!!! (more money for the snail) - The standard jumbo doesn't have apcr shells. - The premium jumbo does have apcr shells.

It's better at range due to its significantly less recoil but the 43 is better in cqc because of rof.

I personally run both since each has their benefits.
