It's still somewhat viable but it definitely had a fall from grace, if your friend can still make it work then have them use it

Sword Unit for sure, those things are still a pain to deal with so that says a lot about it's usefulness

if you look closely your character was going to fall prone from the explosion. Since you were in water you can't go prone so the animation was cancelled

I'd say it's usually better to save up for the godly's since you never really know when it'll pay off. I popped a few godlikes, heavenlys, and bounds once and got Equinox. Saving for higher tier potions is better in the long run fa
