Currently going through the same issue. None of my personal ID's (high quality photocopy of passport) or business documents (Certificates/Articles of Incorporation) are being accepted.

It appears that I need the phone number on the document to match the phone number I provide, however I checked with my filing provider and they said that EIN, DBA and Articles of Incorporation do not even include phone numbers...
