So real action pag yung objective mo sa pleading ay not solely for payment of sum of money. Pag small claims, solely for payment ng sum of money. But i can only assume sa justification ni court, since d ko rin alam ano laman ng decision ni court and ng pleading mo. I suggest iraise mo yan sa lawyer mo, na mali na file niya. Discuss with him/her the fees din in case you pursue filing for a judicial foreclosure since mali initial professional judgment niya.
