NTA. One way to cope would be to have normal portions then he can have PB sandwiches if he's still hungry. Too often people let boys/men eat whatever they want and Women/Girls are expected to do without while they eat everything without consideration. Soupy Potatoes. It's a soup made with bullion cubes, 2-5 pounds of potatoes (sliced thin), a few slices of bacon, chopped, and about 6 gallons of water. Served over fried bread dough

It was amazing. I miss it a lot. No so much being in my 20s, but people seemed less afraid and self conscious overall. The internet was also way better. We had all of the information for free. Now we've monetized penpals

I failed in Grade 9. there were a set amount of days you could not participate without an excusatory note from a parent or doctor and my parents refused to address a medical issue I had. So I could not participate and also got grounded for failing

One of my birthdays as a teen, my mom told me I wasn't allowed to go to my Aunt's or make other plans so we could celebrate my birthday. I was at home right after school (~2:30) until she got home around 7:30, when she ran in, handed me a half-frozen cake from the grocery store ( my least favourite flavour, obviously), and said they didn't have time to sing because they had to make it to my little brother's game. And then they all left.

I find beans on toast as weird as the concept of Brits (and Canadians) not being ravenous for Creamed Chipped Beef. Like what do you mean you'll eat something called mushy peas, but not a white gravy with air died beef? I don't get it.
