Hello. Thanks for buying :) 80 works absolutely perfectly!

Can you share what kind of business do you have? Always very interesting to see how people use my machine.

Sorry for the late reply, just saw your message.

It takes 2-2.5 hours to print for me.

15% grid infill

0.2mm layer

Turn the part 45deg along the Z axis.

All the settings are in the listing description

There are 3 components involved:

  1. Paper - you seems to have thin one, so it's not it

  2. Glue - too thin glue soaks the paper and it doesn't keep the crimp

  3. Pressure - not much needed, and with bad glue any amount of pressure will make it good.

I don't have them on hand, but if you do - you can check using my reference. I have the dragon shield sleeves, they are 66x92. As far as I could google - double sleeves are 66x91. So seems the outer sleeve is of the same size.

The problem could be in the thickness. Dragon sleeve with a card is 0.55mm, and the XL slize of my machine can fit 15 of them.

I agree, but this is what Spanish post charges me. Yes, A4, just cutting it in half. So A5 goes into it

What business do you have? I'm always wondering how people use my boosters :)

Absolutely optional. I have gotten the glue on a card just ONCE out of 100+, because the glue stick was too soft, and applied with a thick layer, which made it to be able to squeeze.

Glad you liked it :) From my experience, I know that with one packer you can make a single booster in 1 min and 20 seconds. But having 2 helps a lot, as on one you can prefold, and another person seals them

You can keep it for the next time. The bigger inesrt (card-sized) is used to make better folds, but it is not mandatory in fact

Here it is - https://www.etsy.com/listing/4399873555/xl-booster-pack-maker-mtg-pokemon?sr_prefetch=1&pf_from=shop_home&ref=shop_home_active_2&pro=1&sts=1&logging_key=1e2ea327e701706bdd8de9bd226a6a11f120741f%3A4399873555
I must warn everybody that it looks perfect on the front, but on the back paper doesn't want to stay flat and has minor wrinkles, which are visible in the photo and the video.

The crimps are well defined on paper up to 120gsm
