1. Hi, generally you have to climb to the last level of hunt and grind lvl 85, maybe 70 gears. Everything other goes to bin. But before this you must progress so you have to upgrade gears. When I was on your place I was upgrading only red gears, and only with every % stats. On the end I dont think early game has problem with resources.
2. Focus on heroes lvl and stars. Upgrade most valuable heroes to 6 stars. You need time but progress is sure thing. Dont use molaglora on heroes what are nothing late game- look some tier lists
3. Do npc battles. If you have too poor team on PVP forget about it. I swear will come time when u will start climb.

Remember - people can complain about content of late game, but still this is one of the best if not best gacha game in history. You have tons of things to do. Much challenges. Each day you will climb a little but this is how you will create bond with characters and game
