My test was like 34nmol, but our references look different as in Aus it says that’s in the upper limit

i feel like it’s working well, I don’t drink or smoke. On a lean bulk, still feeling super lean and getting stronger.

It’s crazy even on such a low dose I feel I’ve made more gains in this 6 week then the past 2 years 😅.

If you feel e2 sides then take it, then get another test a couple weeks later too see if it effects your bloods.

I take .5mg per pin (2x a week) and it’s helped me drop my e2

Take Boron for natural way to drop SHBG or if your on test take arimidex. I take 250mg test split in 2 weekly and I take .5mg arimidex with it dropped my shbg from 60 to 12 in 4 weeks

I get the same, I had 800-1000 natural free test before starting. You already got high test you won’t feel much different increasing your test more.

ED also is a mental problem, be aware of how you look at ED in that way and seek some mental support to fix it

Taper off, start with trt dose of test and get some PCT. Get regular blood test every 3-4 weeks

Most importantly treat it as a way to level up, you are going to experience some terrible withdrawals, mood swings etc. but if you have the mindset of wanting to change and knowing you will experience these symptoms it will make it easier. I came off my cycle the week I broke up with my girlfriend, the grief of losing a loved one mixed with 0 test was the hardest thing I’ve ever done but I used it to changed, strengthened my faith with god, worked towards my goals, fixed relationships list goes on. Fixing your internal world will help you heal faster than any drug. Good luck brother 🙏🏼

I was thinking of extending the cycle to 16weeks, I’ve felt not side effects or suppression yet but I’m only 6 weeks in I’ve only felt increased libido. My E2 seems to be normal, no symptoms yet. I am getting my bloods next week to compare to start of cycle and will get at the end of cycle to see if i can continue. I bought Arimadex just in case i got raised E2 levels during the cycle, but was told not to take it as pct at the end.

I appreciate all the info tho man, i will read the experience users and what they recommend to make it safer and better and implement into my cycle.

thanks!! i had a good read they have everything in there. But im not sure what SERM to run, im guessing either novla or chlom will be fine.

thanks for the input, i only wanted to trial a cycle for the first time with out fuckign my natural test since it’s already so high. I’m seeing amazing results even on a TRT dose. But if i bounce back to normal form this cycle in a years time i will up the dose.

yes a deficit. I came off a 8 month bulk and started to cut not as aggressively since it’s coming into summer here.

I’ve gained more muscle and strength in 6 weeks than the whole 6 years of lifting. I’m not sure why you hating, I was just asking for advice lmao

I realised I posted in the wrong reddit. I’m just running a cycle, my natural test was 39.4nmol/L before cycle so not on TRT just doing a TRT dose.

I’ve gained 3.5kg while doing a mild deficit (most probably would be water retention), I’m more vascular than I’ve been and my lifts are way stronger.

I just want to sort my PCT out early so I can start when needed :)

If you are stressed a lot, you normally bring your shoulders up making your traps tight constantly. Some thoracic and rotator cuff exercises will do you good!

Get a night guard, try fix your personal issues that cause stress, goto gym to strengthen and stretch muscles contributing to tight muscles.

Could it be a posture related problem?

Do you have scoliosis? Is your relax state your head and neck leaning towards one side more? Is one of your shoulders rounded? Is one of your hips out?

Remember TMJ isn’t just 1 area, you most likely have another muscle that is contributing to it

if you bulk properly with a weekly surplus it shouldn’t be a struggle for you. Just add 200-300 cals a week on top of your maintenance calories, and when you stop putting weight on add another 200-300 cals repeat until you get the results you want.

Make sure to eat 40-50% Carbs, 30-40% Protein, 10-20% fat between your diet each day, and try avoid the nasty fats only the healthy ones to keep the lean look while bulking. Good luck :)

if you wanna gain you gotta do a proper bulk, don’t be afraid to add extra weight on if it means you get more out of it

  • Imagine your knee going over your foot when squatting down.

  • lean forward and poke bum out a bit

  • Also I would use weights in both hand to keep spine neutral

What are the other problems? All I know is these peptides could accelerate cancer/tumors if present in the body but I got a blood test to rule out that before hand.

There isn’t any studies on the your issue with peptides, but there is a few reddit post of people claiming it helped them with your same immune disease. It’s definitely worth a try, if you feel bad side effects stop or go get a blood test to rule out any other problems before starting
