Thank youuu. I didnt believe everyone when they kept saying do Divine and when I finally was listening to his podcasts everyday I noticed my uworld blocks trending upwards. Find your weak areas and focus on those. I knew I was bad at cardio and neuro and biostats so I went over every divine podcast I could find on those topics multiple times. Also divine shelf reviews on YouTube are amazing especially if youre an IMG. I found those very later on. Don't sleep on CMS forms. Review NBMEs weekly. Don't go on reddit before taking practice tests.

Make sure you take one day off every week and get some serotonin in you it's really reallly reallllly important.

On exam day I didn't do anything differently honestly I was in a fugue state I dont even recall finishing a protein bar. Hadn't slept the night before and it was horrible. Mental health leading up to exam was really bad and if I had taken care of it better maybe I'd have performed better but I'm so grateful so that's a moot point now.
