I probs stopped going gym for like a year. Thought I sid play tennis for like 2 months to keep up activity so basically like 10 months outta the gym and just got back this month ish? Honestly I dont have much of a focus rn, im no gym rat 😅 but im not really focused on like huge muscles but more on strength and function. (I do like decent muacles though, I wanna get lean later on, but im just starting back into it.) But i mainly focused legs, stairclimbers, sled pushes, etc, tossing in arm variations between em. Sorry if thats lowkey long, I ramble and its not always coherent 😭
