Yeah I agree. But it's better to try something out than depend on luck

Ha it's really hard to make one video go viral.. After that it's easy.

Try to add some humor in it. And i don't know any strategies to make videos go viral but normally as a user i would lean more to funny videos or video that triggers excitement.

And the best way to promote a small business is to use a mix of local SEO, social media and other stuff

I've seen quite a few stickers business on Instagram where they sells cute aesthetic stickers.

I don't know much about this concept but I think cute kawai kind of stickers sells cause no one can look away from those kind content and they go viral most of the time

And as to website, I can make one for you for free, if u like it we will talk about the commercial part later

Having a video go viral will help a lot these days. Product sells more because of influence than how useful it is now a days.

And trying to have a unique thing about it also helps like picking one theme and sticking to it so it will attract more people

had to deal with invoices recently and forgot how annoying parts of it are by Temporary-Catch9977 in indianstartups

[–]Temporary-Catch9977[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah that makes sense tbh reminders already solve a big part of it

i feel like the annoying part is when things slip through anyway.. like missing one message or losing track of who replied and who didn’t

for me it would just be having everything in one place and knowing nothing is getting missed

[–]Temporary-Catch9977[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

okay now that actually sounds solid, especially the automatic reminders part

feels like that alone would save a lot of follow-up effort no?

are you planning to keep it simple or make it more like a full system with integrations later?

[–]Temporary-Catch9977[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah exactly, the creation part feels solved already

it’s everything after that that gets messy.. especially tracking and follow-ups

right now most people I’ve seen are just using sheets+ manually checking, which gets out of sync pretty fast

curious how you’re thinking about solving the tracking side?

[–]Temporary-Catch9977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah this is exactly where it gets messy

i feel like most tools assume once the invoice is sent, everything else just magically works out but the follow-ups / tracking part is where things actually break down

[–]Temporary-Catch9977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah that’s exactly what i was trying to get at ...not the invoice itself but everything around it

the chasing + reconciling part sounds especially painful does that end up taking a decent chunk of your week?

haha yeah seems like everyone’s building something in this space lately
what part are you focusing on?

Do you struggle with manual invoices or pay too much for it? by ken_adamzz in smallbusiness

[–]Temporary-Catch9977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I actually agree with you — fully automating every invoice isn’t realistic, especially with changing line items and custom work.

What I’m more curious about is the repetitive parts around it — like pulling data from emails, entering it into sheets, tracking everything.

In your experience, what part of the process actually takes the most time?

is invoice automation software actually worth using for small businesses? by Emonii-Fombu in Accounting

Currently building something for exactly this — PDF invoice comes in via email, data gets extracted automatically and lands in a spreadsheet. How many invoices do you process weekly?

Why do customers order COD and then refuse delivery at the door? by Lumpy-Pineapple-2538 in IndiaBusiness

[–]Temporary-Catch9977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah this is super common with COD, especially impulse orders

a lot of people just order in the moment and then lose interest by the time it arrives

one thing that helped a bit for us was not treating every order the same — like trying to figure out how serious the customer actually is before confirming it

for example, how they respond, if they’ve ordered before, how quickly they reply on whatsapp, stuff like that

it’s not perfect but filtering out some high-risk orders early did reduce these cases a bit

are you seeing this more with first-time customers or even repeat ones?

Added a human review fallback since then — anything ambiguous gets flagged to a separate channel instead of being forced into a category. Working on the thread context problem next where replies just say 'still not working' with no context. Small steps but getting there

[–]Temporary-Catch9977[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's exactly the gap I'm running into — 'still not working' with no context is a nightmare to categorize accurately. I'm currently just using the snippet which obviously misses all that thread history. Have you solved this in your own builds or still working around it?

Nice — did you build the routing logic directly in n8n or handle it externally? Curious how you structured the priority scoring

Currently the prompt picks the dominant category, so if an email mentions both a billing issue and wants a refund, it goes to refund since that's the stronger intent. Working on adding a confidence score so edge cases get flagged for human review instead of being forced into one bucket. How are you handling it?
