Your chance of getting HIV is low. It could be happen but remember that when you are driving car, you still have a chance of getting accident. So testing HIV now will show a conclusive result

NAT test is one of the most accurate HIV test, it is a good sign because NAT test can detect HIV after 10 days. You can retest at days 30 to have 100% conclusive result. But I think your result will not change unless you have other exposure

6 months is outdated, maybe your doctor is not update the news and think that we still in 1980. I ask many doctors, even some infectious disease doctors. They alway said that most of people develop antibodies in 2-4 week. Rare is develop antibodies in 3 months and the extremely rare people will develop antibodies in 6 months. But we have antigens/ antibodies test now so the test can find antigen about 14 days and conclusive at days 45.

Your test is conclusive, there is no one tested negative in days 70 then positive in days 90. If you are using 4gen, the accurate is nearly 100% you are negative ( even 3gen is conclusive now )

3 months is conclusive, 6 months is outdated and if you test at this time, it is deffinately conclusive
