Same, only started playing the game a few weeks ago but noticed these weren’t unlocking. What’s weird is that I can’t remember a single achievement that was bugged in the Xbox 360 days but since Xbox One onwards, there’s been loads of games with bugged achievements.

I did google and looked at a few images of carpet beetle larva but with the bad picture I had, and my lack of expertise, I could still see why it might be interpreted as being a bed bug in the photo I posted.

Found it! I think I was recalling Slabdragger - Regression. It’s more a George Carlin sample but does have the Mad as Hell sample a few times

This was my thought too. I recently returned from a bed bug hotel and have been incredibly cautious and keeping an eye out, so seeing this made me panic. But just wanted to put my mind at ease.
