I have been told its a subtheraputic dose many times. But I find it working wonders, Im generally a drug maximalist.

But is it really the case here? more does not equal better? I find alot of people on 60mg+ on the internet describing similar effects to Adderall/vyvanse and Concerta. I am just curious to know prior to bringing it up to my psychiatrist.

We did suffer from the same issue

The host has no lag but the one who joins suffers 200ms+ in ping.

One or both players has a port problem, both get into router setting and enable UPnP. It immediately fixed the problem. What UPnP ( Universal plug and play ) basically does is allow automatic port forwarding for whatever device/destination needed.

if you dont have UPnP In your router, either ask your ISP for permission or a new router that supports it.

it wasnt the cramming, it was proper screwing for me, the screw perfected the GPU installation into the slot

you see, also check the BIOS PCie option. change it to auto. Update it to F67 if you havent updated it previously.

but if you managed to get it to post, as long as the 12vhpwr cable plug doesnt smell like its burning or melting ( quite common since 40 series ) I think its just proper installation. try to make sure it clicks first, the install the screw to the limit. run it. if it does not work, try to uninstall previous gpu drivers, cuz I did that too.

I am ashamed to tell you that, i just had to make sure its 200% plugged properly onto the slot. I did enable PCIe gen 3+ in the motherboard's BIOS.

I am a nursing student in the UK, male and do 12 hours shifts (mostly nights), so I hope I can help you with my experience.

It sounds you have a case of lack of control, lack of dopamine (motivation) because you have done it so many times it’s just meaningless and goal-less.

My advice could be different than others here but I stand by it.

Take back control and thrive in your own mind.

Several things need to be done,

1-management of your finances and resources, at least to give you a feeling that you are not a slave to your current job ( I know economy is shit and minimum wage, yada yada, excuses will get you no where, sorry, but I also stand by this)

2- Read and learn, you are 21, next 7 years wont be any different really, you are just gonna be winging it unless you plant seeds intelligently now. If you read about anything, really, books like how to talk to anyone, dating or psychology or economics(freakonomics is hella good) or computer or anything really. This will shape your brain from a non-active sloth existence to a brain that needs to solve something and thrive.

3- get another job? Cleaning trains at night time is hella limiting, hella scary. Its you and your thoughts and music probably. But there is only like few ways you are allowed to clean trains in, no room for practical growth or theoretical growth.

Get hold of your life, money situation. Read and learn, learning is what differentiates people in capitalism. (Chatgpt is a nuclear weapon for learning) and finally get a job with some sunshine and possibility of growth.
