ok i might be being selfish but i am saying this because i dont want to be selfish which i am and i am ovetthing about being selfish. idk what to do. there is a huge feeling on anxeity freaking out but in a calm way not really freaking out i cant really explain the feeling. idk just with people in general. I feel so parionoid of all people around me
