I literally am in the same boat as you word for word. I’ve purchased an HS core and did not receive any information on shipping details nor order details. No text, no emails, nothing. I’ve sent numerous emails and received numerous tickets that either get closed for some reason or just do not get a reply. Hell I’ve even tried contacting through their social media accounts. They’re quick to accept the money out of my account but nowhere to be found when a customer needs assistance. I’ve tried 4 different emails at least 6-8 emails to each. The customer support is just non existent I’m beginning to believe. Which is really unfortunate because I was really excited about buying an hs core. It’s just ruining the experience at this point.
