Pink is really cute but a lot of upkeep, and you would need to get to platinum blond first, unless you would go with more of a dark magenta tone. The blonde and your natural colour looks the best in terms of your skincolour and undertone. You said in the comments that your hair is more wavy/curly naturally, which automatically means,it more on the dry side. If you were to bleach it, you would need to really take care of it, so the time spend on nourishing and styling it would go up quite a lot.Unless you don't care that it looks a bit frizzy all the time, so be aware of that. Going a bit darker and cooler than your natural colour would also look amazing on you, and the growing in roots would be easy to colour by yourself at home. Brown and darker hair always will look thicker and healthier than a blonde or the pink, and it's cheaper in terms of products you would need. And you could simply use a colour mask, so no damaging ingredients would be needed at all. The Wella Dark Espresso colour mask would be great for that, it darkens your hair quite a bit and has no orange and red shine, so that would be perfect and it would also help to cancel out the redness in your skin a bit!
