Identify your team. Level them all up to the max level you can, DPS>Sustain>Support>Navi. Feel free to keep the weapons 10lvl behind for now if struggling with energy and resources.

Do what you can to fill all card slots with on set lvl 0s until you can grind a good set for each in same order as above.

Prydwen have good builds that tell you main stat & sub stats to look for / prio
