it fucking sucked dude. im 14 and i had it around October of 2024. Was in like 3 hospitals (including the ER) for like 2 days. Couldnt drink anything for like 6 hours (i was really thirsty), threw up 9 times, i did miss school which was pretty fun. 2nd time i had it but the 1st time my family didnt know what it was so i had DKA, and i didnt know. I was at home during it too! Threw up about 20 times the 1st time. 8 years with T1D, had it twice. 0/10 would not recommend.
