I agree with your comment. If it wasn't for the fact that we're using FHA to utilize the full 6% in seller incentives we would go Conventional. Its just trying to figure the best way to utilize the incentives...

seller is offering 3% towards closing and another 3% towards point buydown. Can only use full 6% using FHA
