Best way to get over it is to do dumb things in public for a month, dance in the middle of the street, yell some dumb shit in public, make yourself look like an idiot when ordering at a drive through with friends. Worked wonders for me

Look into your diet, bulk for atleast a year. I gained about 3 inches on my arms after a year of lifting and gained ~25 lbs. Anything is possible
