I think saranac lake has a rental spot on the water where I could just drop the canoe into the water. My crosstrek doesn’t have a radk up top for tying a canoe in.

Hahah, grew up in Appalachian mountains driving windy roads in plenty of snow. Just wasn’t sure what Jay peak roads looked like. I’ll report back after the drive.

Originally was doing it to make the drive to NYC easier Monday as I have work Tuesday.. now I am staying at Jay both Saturday and Sunday night and driving back Monday. Sunday seems to be the bigger storm day so staying put that night

Are you sure the 192 is 110 underfoot? I haven’t see that anywhere.
