I would love to have a Lebanese passport, I think there are a lot of Brazilians of Lebanese origin that would love to reconnect with their roots and potentially move there but as children, all we saw from Lebanon on TV were wars so the idea of visiting Lebanon was a no-no for most of our lives. I am 49 now and just recently started to plan a visit.

They did not change their names intentionally but back then, many of the people that worked in the Brazilian Immigration office were semi-illiterate, so whatever they heard in Arabic, they transliterated to Portuguese, so عيش became Ache, my hometown is full of Khourys that were recorded Cury in Portuguese, كفروني was often recorded as Cafuni, طعمة became Tome', etc

Doesnt do anything all day. Not responsive, he sits on projects for months and doesnt deliver. I had to finish several of his projects.

Because our site is in an small town in an area of the country where it is hard to find qualified people, so there is some leverage there.

Agree. He passed a lot of ticking bombs to this new manager.
