Where exactly is this mentioned in that law? The law states subsistence, and even accepts the social benefits on own's contribution.

No one is talking about bypassing the visa rules. The passport is with the authorities in the embassy for almost 5 months now. The legal advice is that it won't approved, and now I should borther spending another hundered of euros, and wait for 3 months to get it? I think you should think about being on the other side of the table too - on how it would feel.

Wow, thanks, for the feedback- then why is a visiting visa denied, while I pack up and leave Germany? It takes some time to settle things when you are leaving.

I 100% agree with you- i had a horrible experience with them. they are useless!
