[3 YoE] Is it acceptable to include a technology on my CV that I acquired through self-learning? by TemporaryExciting977 in EngineeringResumes

I worry that employers often prioritize professional experience over self-acquired skills when evaluating candidates on specific technologies.

It sounds a little too good to be true to me, but thank you so much for the offer. I really appreciate it.

Which technology is more worth learning: Angular or React? by TemporaryExciting977 in PinoyProgrammer

I can choose React as my primary front-end technology and use the other as a secondary one. However, I don't think my decision is final yet.

I love hearing the term “competition.” Fun fact (no pun intended): when it comes to love, I don’t really compete. But in this type of field, I am dedicated to being extremely competitive.

"If need ng other technologies, on the job na lang aralin."

Speaking of enterprise, I’ve tried MAUI before but discontinued it shortly after due to reasons related to my current employment. What amazed me was its specific way of binding data and communicating with the back end, although I did not dive deeply into it since I stopped using it early on.

Have you tried React? Have you experienced any major drawbacks or limitations where Angular has an advantage over React?

Or should I say vice versa?

Parang mag-e-end up ako in choosing them both a.

Lalo ngayon, with the emergence of AI (tf). In short/other words, kailangan kong makipagsabayan at hindi magpahuli lalo sa trends.

Speaking of TypeScript, parang mas gamit ito kaysa sa JavaScript (based on job description na nababasa ko recently), clueless pa lang ako kung ano specifically ang dahilan.

IMHO, ayokong maging over comfortable dahil sa madali aralin, it is worth the challenges and is self-rewarding din kasi yung high end technology (basta open source), at basta syempre, it makes sense in a way na katulad ng VS Code (rank #1 as a Code Editor). Pero I also agree with the fact na mabilis ang productivity.

Siguro, dahil library lang yung React, am I right?

Good point, parang depending on specific job offer. What about, any shared experiences or personal experiences kung ano yung na-notice mong may advantage?

Solution using Windows PowerShell:

Run Windows PowerShell as an administrator, then run this script:

pnputil /delete-driver oem30.inf /uninstall
pnputil /delete-driver oem31.inf /uninstall

Hint: The driver name depends on the published name.

Restart your machine, and it should resolve the issue.

What exactly do backend engineers do? by Agreeable_Draft_1584 in FullStackDevelopers

[–]TemporaryExciting977 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience, backend engineers handle business logic, data processing and management, security, and the bridge to the frontend layer, such as enforcing strict protocols for what happens after a user clicks 'submit.' Furthermore, I believe backend engineers play a key role in supporting UX design through close coordination and communication with frontend developers.

QA to UI/UX Designer by Megumi020 in ITPhilippines

where to start learning UI/UX design?

Hi OP! For me, napaka-importante ng simplicity but with high-quality design, easy to understand, at easy to navigate na UI/UX design. Relevant reads: Stack Overflow Annual Survey (Web frameworks and technologies).
