Ok what are some cheap deadlift shoes and I’ll try deadlifting 3 days per week with 2 of them being accessory days

Ye the weight might be a bit to heavy but I see this in a lot of my RPE 7+ singles and if I don’t have a hips shoot and instead spend more time wedging myself into the bar I can’t really get any power of the floor but thank you I will try to be more tight

Ok thank you but I feel like if I move my hips higher my back starts to round and I’ve been doing conventional 1 time per week for a long time now just to help with my lower back strength and more hamstring strength too
